Shipping Information

At albert L. (punkt), we are not only committed to the timely delivery of your orders but also to our contribution to environmental protection. We are proud to make our shipping climate-neutral and to have a positive impact on the environment. With every delivery you receive from us, we contribute to the production of organic oils, support Direct Air Capture, and promote mineralization.

Environmentally Friendly Packaging

We are consistently committed to environmental protection and refrain from using plastic in product packaging and shipping materials. Instead, we use recycled shipping materials and reuse old cardboard boxes to minimize our ecological footprint.

We want to ensure that you not only receive your orders in perfect condition but also know that we actively contribute to preserving our environment. Shipping Methods and Fees

- Our products are typically shipped in packages that we hand over to DHL.

- For shipping within Germany, the following fees apply:
- B2C (Consumer): €5.80

Shipping takes 1-3 business days

- For orders of €59 or more, shipping is free for B2C customers within Germany.

- Shipments outside Germany are subject to the current rates of the DHL price list.

Please note that for pallet shipping, the current daily rates apply, plus any customs and processing fees. These fees and duties incurred upon import into a third country are borne by the buyer.

- Shipping costs for selected European countries are as follows:
- Denmark, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Malta, Cyprus: €17.80
- Liechtenstein and Switzerland: €27.80

Shipping takes 2-8 business days

Please note that for shipments to these countries, customs duties and any additional fees must be borne by the buyer.

Return Policy

Right of Return

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from albert L. (punkt). If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in unused condition and in its original packaging.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@albertlpunkt.de. In your message, please include the order number and the items you wish to return.

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping. We do not issue return labels and do not cover transportation costs for return shipping. (Except for products incorrectly delivered by us)

Conditions for Return

Please note the following conditions for returns:

  • The item must be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
  • Returns must be made within the specified period after receipt of the order.
  • Items returned not in their original condition may be subject to a reduction in value, which will be taken into account when processing the refund.
  • Personalized and/or custom-made items, such as our bamboo lampshades, are excluded from exchange/return.

Refunds

After we have received your return, we will inspect the item and inform you about the status of your refund. Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed after we have received the returned item.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Defective or Faulty Items

If you have received a defective or faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product and will replace the item or issue a refund.
