Return Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from albert L. (punkt). If you are not satisfied with an item, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in unused condition and in its original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@albertlpunkt.de. In your message, please provide the order number and the items you wish to return.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping. We do not issue return labels and do not cover shipping costs for returns. (Excluding products incorrectly delivered by us)

Return Conditions
Please note the following conditions for returns:
- The item must be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging.
- Returns must be made within the specified period after receipt of the order.
- Items not returned in their original condition may be subject to a reduction in value, which will be considered during the refund.
- Personalized and/or custom-made items, such as our bamboo lampshades, are excluded from exchange/return.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and inform you of the status of your refund. Please allow 14 business days for your refund to be processed after we have received the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
Defective or Faulty Items
If you have received a defective or faulty item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. We will provide you with instructions for returning the product and will replace the item or issue a refund.

Right of Withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods. You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The costs for the return shipment must be borne by you and will not be covered by us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
- for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
- for the supply of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
- for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of the conclusion of the contract, but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
The following products are made to order and are excluded from exchange or return: Bamboo lampshades + electrics in Classic-Line and BiMa in all available sizes and colors.
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts
- for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
- for the supply of goods if, due to their nature, they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery;
- for the supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
